Domain transfer is free of charge, only yearly domain renewal is charged.

* The period of your valid domain registration with the former registrar is transferred. That means: if your registration is still valid for six months, the domain is registered for a year and a half after the transfer.

Transmission process

Transmission process consists of 6 steps:

sending of application for transfer (high up)

payment and sending the receipt

process is confirmed by us

important: you will receive a message into the current administrative e-mail, with URL by which you confirm the domain transfer

the transfer is also confirmed by the registrar, where you currently renew your domain

domain is transferred while all the settings are preserved

account is made out after the transfer is successfully executed (in case transfer does not succeed)

The payment receipt can be sent by fax or by e-mail. If you are operating with e-banking it is enough to send the screen copy. After we receive the confirmation the domain will be immediately registered. Otherwise do not hesitate to call us.

What do you need to know before the transfer

1.The domain can be transferred only if you are its owner and have access to the administrative e-mail for the domain.

You can check the administrative e-mail on whois.domenca.com.

For the domain microsoft.com the administrative e-mail is msnhst@microsoft.com. If you had access to this e-mail, you could theoretically transfer the domain and change settings. If you wish to transfer a domain you do not own (for example. microsoft.com), we do not return money paid for the transfer.

2. In some cases it is impossible to transfer the domain:

if its registration is about to expire or has just expired, we suggest you to renew your domain at current registrar and then transfer it after 45 days (if not so, you might loose 1 year renewal period, which is included in transfer process)

if the domain is for whatever reason locked at the momentary registrar

domains cannot be transferred from some registrars if they are registered less than 60 days
