Ali pa, \u0161e huje: z e-po\u0161tnim marketingom se \u017ee ukvarjate, vendar omenjenih metrik ne spremljate &#8230; ker ne veste, kaj pomenijo? \u010ceprav se sli\u0161ijo hudo profesionalno, je celotna zadeva v resnici veliko bolj enostavna; verjemite, da vam bodo osnove na koncu tega branja \u017ee veliko bolj jasne.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"western\" lang=\"sl-SI\"><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;\">OR \u2013 open rate: kdo je odprl va\u0161e sporo\u010dilo?<\/span><\/h2>\n<p lang=\"sl-SI\">OR je kratica za ti. open rate, ki ne pove \u010disto ni\u010d drugega kot podatek, koliko uporabnikov je odprlo va\u0161e poslano sporo\u010dilo. \u010ce ste poslali 100 sporo\u010dil in je OR 20 %, pomeni, da je 20 uporabnikov odprlo va\u0161o novico.<\/p>\n<p lang=\"sl-SI\"><strong>Nasveti za bolj\u0161i OR<\/strong>: na OR va\u0161ega e-po\u0161tnega sporo\u010dilo najbolj vpliva naslov (zadeva). Sam naslov sporo\u010dila mora pri prejemnikih vzbuditi dovolj zanimanja, da bodo nanj sploh kliknili: \u201eAkcija na son\u010dna o\u010dala\u201c ni pol toliko zanimiva kot \u201eSon\u010dna o\u010dala, s katerimi boste to poletje blestele\u201c<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"western\" lang=\"sl-SI\"><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;\">CTR \u2013 click through rate: koliko uporabnikov je kliknilo na povezavo v va\u0161em sporo\u010dilu?<\/span><\/h2>\n<p lang=\"sl-SI\">CTR nam pove, koliko uporabnikov je v odprtem sporo\u010dilu tudi kliknilo na poslano povezavo. Poslana povezava je lahko povezava na novico, produkt v va\u0161i spletni trgovini ali pa nenazadnje tudi samo povezava na eno izmed socialnih omre\u017eij, ki ga boste vklju\u010dili v va\u0161 e-novi\u010dnik.<\/p>\n<p lang=\"sl-SI\"><strong>Nasveti za bolj\u0161i CTR<\/strong>: podobno kot velja pri OR, naj bodo tudi povezave v samem sporo\u010dilu za uporabnika dovolj mikavne, da bodo dejansko sploh kliknili nanje. Napaka! Uporabnike raje segmentirajte po interesih, spolu, dejavnostih (odvisno od tega, s \u010dim se ukvarja va\u0161e podjetje).
